I just came back from a stay, and i have to say the 🌟 location was amazing! so close to shops and not far from the city center! the breakfast could really use a spruce up. But overall, a fun time!

The total stay was very nice during the holidays. We booked budget king room with swimming pool view. The bathroom was large. Our accommodation was set in a very central location not far from Close to shops as well as public transport so close. It also was to the shopping center...

The location in the middle of the town was great and lovely. The hotel was set in a good area.

I had a fantastic stay during the holidays. the staff were lovely and absolutely wonderful, and the facilities were perfect. the location was marvellous, conveniently close to a bus stop right outside reception, Southside International, and the mall.

It was ok value for money and rooms were clean. Rooms had a good size fridge in them. The staff were very friendly. Would I stay there again? Probably not as I did not get much sleep but that was probably due to the circumstances fo the private function. If you are looking for well priced clean accommodation then ok.

Found the pillows hard and they had a function on in the restaurant that night so we were unable to get dinner or a drink at the bar. Also the noise from the band could be heard in our room up until just after midnight. Airconditioners are box so are also noisy but had to put the aircon on as you could hear the noise of people talking late into the night from the neighbours behind the motel.

Cairns Southside International features a clean environment and friendly staff who are eager to help. the location is fantastic, conveniently situated near key attractions and a bus station, making it easy to explore the area. It's located right in downtown Cairns. the budget queen room met high standards and offered very comfortable beds, ensuring a restful stay.

Unfortunately we only had a very short stay in Cairns & at your hotel & were only there late in the evening & had to leave early morning so really didnt have time to appreciate the facilities at the hotel.However we did find the staff perticularly pleasant & helpfull which is great when you are in a city you are not familiar with.Thankyou for a pleasant stay & we will return someday & reccomend your hotel to others

Location is prominent on the main road and surrounded by all shorts of shops.

I chose this motel for a consultation, and it did not disappoint. The spacious room provided ample comfort, while the business center and complimentary newspapers were handy for my work needs.

The only service I missed was the absence of an onsite reception after hours, which would have provided added convenience and security during my work-related activities.

The night decorations were impressive and the staff were sometimes able to rectify problems.

The bar and reception area were closed and alarmed at around 10.00 P.M. This was a big problem. I also killed 3 cockroaches in Room 17. I did not mention this at the time so as not to disturb my mother. Leaving used food trays in the corridor during the day seemed to me to be an obvious cause of the insect hazard.

The hotel was beautiful with free wifi. My budget double room was cheap, truly enjoyed it. There was yummy food, the staff was very welcoming. The friendly service and the attention to detail! There were good pool, ample parking, nonetheless I liked property's particularly good views more...

We enjoyed our family room, which was both affordable and of excellent quality. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom was super comfy. the hotel’s central location made it easy to access everything. the staff were accommodating and pleasant, providing us with great recommendations.

The Manager and Kelly went out off there way to make my stay wonderfull there had been a mix up with the booking and they fixed it no problems.Would stay there again no problems.The cleaning lady was also very nice
